Hydraulic Press Brake With E21 System

General Features

Hydraulic system

  • Use USA PARKER/ Japan NOK Sealing ring to improve the oil cylinder service life and ensure long term use without leakage.
  • Germany Bosch Rexroth integrated hydraulic system, hydraulic transmission, balance and reliable, integrated hydraulic system design can significantly minimize the trouble caused by hydraulic oil leakage.

Clamps

  • Mechanical quick clamps of upper die is more safe when changing the die

Press Brake Die

  • Multi-V bottom die with different opening and dimensions accessible, die-changing is convenient, and can meet general plate processing demands with high cost performance.
  • The Press Brake dies are made by 42CrMo steel, and the temperature of heat treatment up to 42°, ensuring the dies service life.
