Main Page
Function Area 1:
1. Main: Click this button to switch to the main page, on this page you can view the currently processed plate planing parameters, this page is displayed by default.
2. Manual / CutSet: Click this button to switch to the manual/cut set page, on this page you can separately move the axis jog/inching operation, and the cut setting operation.
3. CutTool: Click this button to switch to the cut tool page, where you can set the cut tool formula parameters; the set cut tool parameters can be selected in area 5, and then the actual cut tool information is displayed in area 11.
4. System: Click this button to switch to the system page. To proceed to the system page, you need to enter the authority password. The default is 123123. On this page, you can set the axis reference origin, positive and negative limits, and other parameters, table repair, Chinese and English switching, etc.
5. NewFigure: Click this button to switch to the new workpiece page, where you can use drawing entry or list entry to enter the parameters of the new processing workpiece.
Function Area 2:
This area is used to display the current operating status of the equipment, Idle is idle, Execute is execution, and Aborted is alarm shutdown.
Function Area 3:
1. AlarmMsg: This area is used to display system prompt information and alarm information.
2. ClrAlarm: This button can be used to clear the alarm. After the device is powered on, it needs to be clicked once to clear the alarm.
Function Area 4:
1. This area is used to display the current position and status information of each axis, Ready is the normal state, Error is the fault state.
2. FrontClip and SideClip respectively display the current status of the front presser foot and side presser foot, red is not pressed, green is pressed.
Function Area 5:
1. This area is used to set the plate and cut tool parameters and the selected processing line number.
2. CutToolSel: Can be used to select the cut tool currently in use. After selection, the current cut tool information will be displayed in area 11.
3. BoardThick: The thickness of the board.
4. SlotLength: Length of the planning groove.
5. StartRow: Start processing line number.
6. StopRow: End processing line number.
Function Area 6:
This area is used to display the actual processing speed of the current X-axis and the actual torque percentage of the motor.
Function Area 7:
1. Acc: Click this button while the equipment is running, you can increase the processing speed, the speed adjustment range is 5%.
2. Dec: Click this button while the equipment is running, you can reduce the processing speed, the speed adjustment range is 5%.
3. TurnSide: Click this button, it can be used to switch the front and back of the workpiece. Clicking is invalid during running.
4. NewBoard: Before processing a new workpiece, click this button to clear the line number information of the unfinished record of the previous workpiece and click invalid during running.
5. ChangeCut: Click this button, you can move the tool axis Y1 and X-axis to the previously set tool position, you can click the GetReady button to return the Y1 axis and X-axis to the machining position.
6. GetReady: After the equipment is powered on, each axis will return to the initial position when this button is clicked for the first time and then locate to the starting position of the current workpiece. If the workpiece information is not set, the Y1/Y2 axis will return to the initial position.
Function Area 8:
This table is used to display the processing information of the currently processed workpiece. It is read-only and cannot be modified. The current processing line will be displayed in red.
1. RowNo: Line number.
2. SlotPs: Position of processing slot.
3. Depth: Grooving depth.
4. Dir: Grooving direction, Pos is the front side, Neg is the backside.
Function Area 9:
Current processing information display.
1. Row: Row number currently processed.
2. CutDepth: Current processing depth of the groove.
3. SideDir: The currently processed sheet layout, Positive is the front side, and Negative is the backside.
4. Preview: After downloading parameters or powering on each time, you can click this button to preview the processed graphics and display them in area 10.
Function Area 10:
Display the currently processed workpiece graphics.
Function Area 11:
Display the current machining cut tool parameters.
1. CutDepth1st: First cut processing depth.
2. CutDepth2nd: Second cutting depth.
3. CutDepth3rd: The third cutting depth.
4. CutDepth4th: Fourth cutting depth.
5. CutDepth5th: Fifth cutting depth.
6. CutVelo: Percentage of planing speed.
7. ReturnVelo: Percentage of planing return speed.
Manual / CutSet Page
Function Area 1:
This area mainly performs jog/inch operation on the axis.
1. X++/X–: Click this button to perform forward and reverse jog operations on the X-axis respectively.
2. Z++/Z–: Click this button to perform forward and reverse jog operations on the Z-axis respectively.
3. Y1++/Y1–: Click this button to perform forward jog and reverse jog operations on the Y1 axis respectively. The default button cannot be operated. It can only be operated when DecoupleY is enabled, otherwise, the Y1 axis and Y2 axis remain linked.
4. Y2++/Y2–: Click this button to perform forward jog and reverse jog operations on the Y2 axis respectively. The default is Y1/Y2 linkage. When DecoupleY is enabled, the Y2 axis will act alone.
Function Area 2:
1. JogInchEn: When this button is not enabled, the jog operation in function area 1 is speed jog. When this button is enabled, the jog operation in function area 1 performs forward and reverse jog operations according to the value of JogPos.
2. JogPos: Inching distance, valid for all axes.
3. HighSpeed: When this button is not enabled, the jog operation in function area 1 is in slow mode, when this button is enabled, the jog operation in function area 1 is in high-speed mode.
4. DecoupleY: When this button is not enabled, Y1/Y2 are linked actions. When this button is enabled, Y1/Y2 will act independently. Remember to ensure that the DecoupleY button is disabled before the equipment processes the workpiece.
Function Area 3:
1. AdjustCutEn: After this button is used, click the AdjCutDone button to complete the tool setting.
2. AdjCutDone: When you click this button, a dialog box will pop up to confirm whether the tool calibration is complete. Before tool calibration, you need to enter the height of the tool calibration block. After the tool calibration is completed, the current position of the Z-axis will be displayed as the height of the tool calibration block. , After that, the height of the gauge block is not allowed to be changed at will during the operation of the equipment.
3. BlockHeight: Height of the gauge block.
4. SetCutPos: Click this button, the current Y1, and X coordinates will be used as the tool change position.
Function Area 4:
1. FrontClip: Click this button to switch the output state of the front presser foot.
2. SideClip: Click this button to switch the output status of the side presser foot.
Function Area 5:
Display the current status of input IO, red means no signal, green means signal.
Function Area 6:
Display the current status of output IO, red means no signal, green means signal.
Cut Tool Set
Function Area 1:
1. Click the Modify column unit of each row to set the cut tool parameters. If the current row has no parameters, the first row of parameters will be used as the initial value in the pop-up window by default. If the current row has parameters, it will be in the pop-up window. The parameters of the current row will be used as initial values by default.
2. Enter the corresponding parameters in the ParaModify pop-up window, click the OK button to modify the parameter successfully, and the Cancel button to cancel the parameter modification.
System Page
This page requires permission to enter. It is used to set system parameters. By default, it has been set before leaving the factory, and it is not recommended to modify it when using it. Click the System button and a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter a password to enter the System page. The default password is 123123.
Function Area 1:
Used to set the origin position offset and initial value of the X/Y axis, and the positive and negative soft limit positions of each axis.
1. LimitPosX,LimitNegX: Positive and negative limit position of the X-axis.
2. LimitPosY1,LimitNegY1: Positive and negative limit position of the Y1 axis.
3. LimitPosY2,LimitNegY2: Positive and negative limit position of the Y2 axis.
4. LimitPosZ,LimitNegZ: Positive and negative limit position of the Z-axis.
5. ZeroOffsetX: By default, move the X-axis to the origin switch, enter the origin offset of the X-axis in this text box, and click the ZeroConfirm button at this time, then the position of the X-axis at the origin switch is set to the position value in the text box, such as a text box Enter -400, click the ZeroConfirm button, the current position of the X-axis is set to -400.
6. ZeroOffsetY: Move the Y1 and Y2 axes to the Y reference switch by default, and ensure that Y1 and Y2 are on the same vertical line. Enter the origin offset of the Y-axis in the text box. At this time, click the ZeroConfirm button, and the Y-axis is at the origin switch. The position is set to the position value in the text box.
7. OriginPosY: This parameter is used to determine the initial position of the Y-axis, that is, when the processing list is empty, click the GetReady button and the initial position corresponding to the Y-axis.
Function Area 2:
This area is only used when planing countertops.
1. StartPos: the starting position of the Y-axis of the planning table.
2. StopPos: the end position of the Y-axis of the planning table.
3. Space: the groove spacing in the Y-axis direction of the planning table.
4. CutDepth: the depth of the groove on the planning table.
5. BoardThick: The thickness of the planing countertop, it will be set to 0 by default when planing the countertop.
6. SlotLength: the length of the planing table slot.
7. CutVelo: Percentage of planing speed of planing tabletop, max 100.
8. ReturnVelo: The return speed percentage of the planning table, the maximum is 100.
9. CurCutNo: Display the actual number of cutting tools for the current planning table.
10. PlatCutEn: enable the planer function.
11. CutNoClear: Clear the current number of processing tools.
Function Area 3:
This area is used to set the display language of the system.
1. Chinese: Click this button to change the system language to Chinese.
2. English: Click this button to change the system language to English, and the system will default to English when it is turned on.
Function Area 4:
1. LimitDisable: Click this button to shield the limit alarm, it is not recommended.
2. ShutDown: Click this button to shut down the system normally.
NewFigure Page
This page is used to create new machining parts, divided into PaintMode drawing entry and ListMode list entry two modes.
Function Area 1:
1. PaintMode: Drawing input mode. In this mode, you only need to click on the blank area in area 3 to draw graphics and fill in the corresponding parameters in area 2 after drawing.
2. ListMode: List entry mode, this mode needs to fill in the corresponding processing parameters in area 2, and area 3 will dynamically display the graphics corresponding to the current processing parameters.
Function Area 2:
RowNo: row number; Space: slot spacing; Depth: slot depth, Cycle: cycle number; Dir: direction.
1. In PaintMode mode, draw graphics in area 3, area 2 will automatically display the current list line number, Cycle defaults to 1 and cannot be modified, and the Dir direction is automatically determined. The user only needs to enter Space and Depth. Enter Depth in the first line When the time, other rows will be automatically modified to the Depth value of the first row for easy input.
2. In ListMode mode, manually input processing parameters in area 2 and dynamically display the current processing workpiece graphics in area 3. The user needs to input Space and Depth, the cycle number can be changed, and the Dir direction can be changed.
Function Area 3:
1. CurFigureNo: the current figure number, maximum support 10 figures.
2. In PaintMode, the user draws graphics in this area by clicking on the blank area.
3. In ListMode, this area dynamically displays graphics according to the processing parameters input in area 2.
Function Area 4:
1. DelPrePoint: delete the last coordinate point.
2. Preview: In the drawing mode, after the user parameter input is completed, click this button to preview the isometric graphics.
3. DirReverse: Click this button to modify the direction of Dir column in area 2 as a whole.
4. Rotate: Click this button to select the current graph clockwise, rotating 90 degrees each time.
5. AddFigure: Click this button, you can add a new workpiece, a maximum of 10 workpieces is supported.
6. ClearFigure: Click this button to clear the current workpiece graphics and coordinate points.
7. Download: After the new workpiece is completed, you need to click this button to make the workpiece parameters take effect and download it to the Main page.
